Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide an ultrasonic separation apparatus which is for a solution and which can be optimally utilized for the application of efficiently recovering a low-vapor-pressure component from the solution. An ultrasonic separation apparatus 100 comprises: an atomizer 1 for generating mist M through ultrasonically vibrating solution L and mixing the mist M with a carrier gas to produce a mist-mixed gas; and a recovery device 3 for recovering mist from the mist-mixed gas flowing from the atomizer 1 and recovering low-vapor-pressure components from the solution L. The recovery device 3 comprises: a condenser 4 for cooling the mist-mixed gas to recover the mist; and a gas-liquid separator 6 which is connected to a discharge side of the condenser 4 and recovers the mist contained in the carrier gas discharged from the condenser 4.
