Abstract:
Provided is an ultrasonic separation device for a solution that efficiently collects a low vapor pressure component from a solution at reduced facility cost. An ultrasonic separation device 100 comprises: an atomizer 1 that subjects a solution L to ultrasonic vibration to make a mist M, and mixes the mist M with a feed gas to make a mist mixture gas; and a collector 3 that cools the mist mixture gas flowing in from the atomizer 1, and liquefies and collects a low vapor pressure component. The collector 3 comprises a condenser 4 that cools the mist mixture gas, and a cooling mechanism 5 for the condenser 4. The condenser 4 is a gas–gas heat exchanger 4a. The cooling mechanism 5 includes a cooling blower mechanism 5a that supplies outside air to the gas–gas heat exchanger 4a of the condenser 4. Outside air is supplied from the cooling blower mechanism 5a to the gas–gas heat exchanger 4a of the condenser 4, and the condenser 4 liquefies and collects the low vapor pressure component of the mist mixture gas.
