Abstract:
An ultraviolet-curable white primer for a fireproof layer. The white primer comprises the following components, in parts by weight: 40-45 parts of a modified epoxy acrylate, 2-4 parts of a monomer, 25-30 parts of a filler, 20-25 parts of a white pigment concentrated slurry, 3-5 parts of a photoinitiator, 0.2-0.3 part of an anti-settling agent, 0.1-0.3 part of a defoaming agent, 0.2-0.3 part of a leveling agent and 0.2-0.5 part of a guava leaf ethanol extract. The primer is an ultraviolet-curable white primer having extremely high leveling property and paint film flatness, a good yellowing resistance, a strong covering power, and extremely high weather resistance and fire resistance.
