Abstract:
Disclosed are an underground building and a construction method for same, wherein a track (1-1) is provided at the base of a peripheral bearing wall (1) thereof. During construction, a rock and soil excavating chain cutter (3) is mounted on the track (1-1), the chain cutter (3) is composed of a chain (3-1) and a cutter (3-2) fixed on the chain (3-1), the chain cutter (3) and a transmission apparatus (2-1) constitute a chain excavating apparatus (2), the transmission apparatus (2-1) is located above ground and is composed of a sprocket (2-1-2) and a driving apparatus (2-1-1), the driving apparatus (2-1-1) drives the chain cutter (3), the chain cutter (3) runs along the track (1-1), the cutter (3-2) at the base of the wall (1) excavates rock and soil, excavated rock and soil are delivered above by the chain cutter (3) running upwards from the base, and the chain cutter (3) at the base of the wall (1) and the wall (1) descend together. The wall of the building itself has an excavating apparatus, and therefore can be pre-formed in blocks at a factory, or can be constructed by pouring while descending in on-site fixed formwork, so that the construction is simple; using a wall and a top cover to form a water-blocking cofferdam, in a dry ground environment, rock and soil inside the building are cleared out, and floor slabs or base slabs are cast; furthermore, the construction period of the structure of the wall itself is short, and costs are low.
