Abstract:
An underpants-type absorbent article (1) that includes an absorbent body (20) and an exterior body (10). The exterior body (10) comprises a front waist part (10f) and a back waist part (10b). Left-right direction end parts (10fa, 10fb, 10ba, 10bb) of the front waist part (10f) and the back waist part (10b) are joined by a first joining part (10es1) and a second joining part (10es2). Inclusion regions (70f, 70b) that include water-disintegrable microcapsules that contain a cooling component are provided above lower ends of the first joining part (10es1) and the second joining part (10es2) in the vertical direction. Below the lower ends of the first joining part (10es1) and the second joining part (10es2) are non-inclusion regions that do not include microcapsules.
