Abstract:
An uniaxial kneading extruder for a viscous fluid, such as a molten plastic, includes a first-stage kneading region (2) and a second-stage kneading region (4) which are disposed on the same axis. The first-stage kneading region (2) disperses a filler into a polymer with a strong shearing force and has a rotor (10) formed with kneading blades (12). The second-stage kneading portion (4) uniformly mixes and disperses the filler kneaded in the first-stage kneading portion (2) and has a rotor (21) and a stator (20) respectively formed with cavities (23), (22).
