[Problem] To provide a universal holding jig capable of handling multiple kinds of machines. [Solution] A first holding stand (11) is provided with a workpiece-loading part (17) on a plate (15) via a height adjustment mechanism (16). The plate (15) is supported so as to be movable on a transverse direction (X-direction) guide rail (18). The transverse direction guide rail (18) is supported so as to be movable on a longitudinal direction (Y-direction) guide rail (19). A second holding stand (12) is provided with a workpiece-loading part (22) on a plate (20) via a height adjustment mechanism (21). The plate (20) is supported so as to be movable on a longitudinal direction (Y-direction) guide rail (23). The longitudinal direction guide rail (23) is supported so as to be movable on a transverse direction (X-direction) guide rail (24). A third holding stand (13), the position of which is not adjustable in the transverse direction or the longitudinal direction, is provided with a workpiece-loading part (26) via a height adjustment mechanism (25). A fourth holding stand (14) is fixed in all directions, the transverse, longitudinal and height directions.
