Abstract:

The present invention provides a method performed by a base station, and the method comprises: generating a first instruction and a second instruction used to allocate a resource for uplink transmission for a tone set, wherein the tone set is used as a resource allocation unit and comprises one or more tones; and sending to UE an RRC message comprising the first instruction, and sending to the UE downlink control information carried by an NB-PDCCH, the downlink control information comprising the second instruction. Correspondingly, the present invention further provides a method performed by user equipment, comprising: receiving an RRC message from a base station, the RRC message comprising a first instruction used to allocate resources for uplink transmission for a tone set; receiving downlink control information carried by an NB-PDCCH from the base station, the downlink control information comprising a second instruction used to allocate a resource for uplink transmission for the tone set; and allocating, according to the first instruction and the second instruction, a resource for uplink transmission. The present invention further provides a base station and UE respectively performing the above methods.
