Abstract:
The invention concerns the use of a polymer comprising an efficient amount of disaccharide units each consisting of a molecule with N-acetyl-D-glucosamine structure bound by the beta 1,4 O-glucoside linkage to a molecule with glucuronic acid structure for producing a medicine designed to induce or stimulate the differentiation of hematopoietic cells, and leukemic cells in particular.
