Abstract:
Disclosed is a use of a pemetrexed near-infrared fluorescent molecule targeting an α-type folate receptor as a fluorescent tracer, the structural formula of the pemetrexed near-infrared fluorescent molecule being: formula (I). The foregoing active-targeting near-infrared fluorescent molecule has low affinity for a β-type folate receptor while retaining high affinity for the α-type folate receptor, can effectively distinguish tumors from inflammation, has advantages such as good water solubility and high fluorescence quantum yield, and has enormous development potential in the fields of near-infrared fluorescence images for tumor surgical navigation imaging and medical cell labeling.
