Abstract:
Disclosed are ultrasonically-produced nutritional tablets and methods of manufacturing the nutritional tablets, including ultrasonically-produced infant nutritional tablets and ultrasonically-produced adult nutritional tablets. The methods include contacting dry nutritional powders, and particularly, spray-dried nutritional powders, with ultrasonic energy to product nutritional tablets.
