Abstract:
The present disclosure relates to user consent preference transmission and determination methods, a configuration determination method, and a position information reporting method. The user consent preference transmission method comprises: determining that a terminal is switched from a first base station in a first service network to a second base station in a second service network; and transmitting a user consent preference of the terminal to a second core network in the second service network, wherein the user consent preference is used to indicate whether the terminal agrees to report terminal position information. According to the present disclosure, when a terminal needs to be switched from a first base station to a second base station, a first core network can determine that the terminal needs to be switched from the first base station to the second base station, and transmit a user consent preference of the terminal to a second core network. Subsequently, the second core network can further transmit the user consent preference to the second base station, such that the second base station can determine whether the terminal agrees to report terminal position information according to the user consent preference, and then perform an appropriate configuration with respect to the terminal.
