Abstract:
A user device includes: means for transmitting a request signal for performing
a handover to a target base station to a source base station; means for receiving
a handover command from the source base station; means for executing the PDCP
re-ordering function for checking the packet order in a PDCP sub-layer and suspending
transfer to an upper-node layer of the local device until the packet order is aligned;
means for reporting completion of the handover to the target base station and
setting the PDCP re-ordering function from an inactive state to an active state;
means for setting the PDCP re-ordering function to the inactive state in response
to that a predetermined period has elapsed or that the report from the target base
station has been received.
