Abstract:

This user device, which is used in a mobile communication system that includes a first base station and a second base station that communicate with the user device using inter-eNB carrier aggregation, is provided with the following: a radio-quality acquisition unit that acquires a first radio quality, namely the quality of radio communication between the user device and the first base station, and a second radio quality, namely the quality of radio communication between the user device and the second base station; a load-information acquisition unit that acquires first load information, namely information regarding the load on the first base station, and second load information, namely information regarding the load on the second base station; and a ratio computation unit that uses the first and second radio qualities and the first and second load information to compute a splitting ratio that the user device uses to split uplink data and transmit same to the first and second base stations.
