Abstract:

A user device comprising a transmit unit for uplink transmission to a base station using multiple uplink carriers and a control unit which changes the transmission power value of a random access channel transmitted using any of the multiple uplink carriers when a priority ranking is assigned to uplink transmissions using the multiple uplink carriers, wherein when the transmit unit fails at transmitting a random access preamble for which the transmission power value of the random access channel has been changed by the control unit and is to retransmit the random access preamble, the control unit changes control of the transmission power of the random access preamble to be retransmitted from normal transmission power control.
