Abstract:
A user device in a mobile communication system including a first base station which configures a control plane link with said user device, and a second base station which configures a user plane link with the user device, wherein the user device is provided with: a radio link monitoring means for monitoring a radio link; and a connection control means which, when disconnection of the control plane link has been detected by the radio link monitoring means, re-establishes the control plane link to the user device while maintaining the user plane link.
