Abstract:
Provided is a user device comprising: a reception unit that receives, from a base station, setting information in which a reference signal is associated with a synchronization signal block; a control unit that, in a random access procedure, selects a specific reference signal from among a plurality of reference signals being monitored; and a transmission unit that transmits a random access signal to the base station using a resource corresponding to the specific reference signal. The reception unit monitors a signal being monitored in a prescribed search space on the basis of the setting information, with the assumption that said signal and the synchronization signal block corresponding to the specific reference signal have a quasi co-location relationship.
