Abstract:
In order to perform appropriate transmission power control when a plurality of RACH procedures have been simultaneously started, this user equipment (UE) is provided with a control unit (13) which is configured to, when a plurality of RACH procedures are started during "Inter-eNB CA", to perform priority control for transmission power control in each of the plurality of RACH procedures on the basis of a predetermined rule.
