Abstract:
In order to implement "Inter-eNB CA" without complicating the implementation of a radio base station (MeNB), this user equipment (UE) is provided with a control unit (13) which is configured to, when an Scell under the control of a radio base station (SeNB) is set if the user equipment is in an "RRC_Connected state" in a Pcell under the control of a radio base station (MeNB), autonomously activate the Scell.
