Abstract:
The present disclosure relates to the technical field of wireless communication, and provides a user plane data storage and forwarding method and system. The method comprises: during a session establishment flow process, a PCF receiving a session strategy request corresponding to a terminal, and according to an Internet of Things delay-tolerant service signed by the terminal, returning a session strategy response comprising a data storage and forwarding strategy to an SMF; the SMF selecting an anchor UPF and a relay UPF according to the data storage and forwarding strategy, and on the basis of the data storage and forwarding strategy, establishing a session corresponding to the terminal; if a satellite is disconnected from a ground gateway station, maintaining a session resource corresponding to the terminal, and when target user plane data reaches a first UPF, the first UPF storing the target user plane data; and if the connection between the satellite and the ground gateway station is restored, restoring a session connection corresponding to the terminal, and the first UPF forwarding the target user plane data to a second UPF. On the basis of the technical solution provided in embodiments of the present disclosure, the problem of important data loss caused by a disconnection between the satellite and the ground gateway station may be solved.
