Abstract:
According to the present invention, a user terminal that has a use band that is restricted to a frequency block that is one portion of a system band communicates appropriately with a wireless base station. The user terminal according to one embodiment has a use band that is restricted to a narrow band that is one portion of a system band. The user terminal is provided with: a reception unit that monitors a downlink control channel using a frequency-hopped narrow band and receives downlink control information; and a transmission unit that, on the basis of a report request included in the downlink control information, transmits channel state information (CSI). The CSI is measured using the frequency-hopped narrow band.
