Abstract:
A user terminal of the first aspect of the present disclosure comprises: a receiving unit that receives a radio resource control (RRC) reconfiguration message that includes information relating to reconfiguration accompanying synchronization; and a control unit that controls pseudo collocation relating to a control resource set on the basis of information relating to a random access resource in information relating to reconfiguration. With this, it is possible to appropriately control pseudo collocation relating to a control resource set.
