Abstract:
Disclosed in the present application are a user will verification method and apparatus, and a network-side device. The user will verification method comprises: a first network element receiving a data acquisition request, wherein the data acquisition request is used for requesting the acquisition of target data, and the target data is corresponding data of a roaming user equipment in a home public land mobile network (HPLMN) or a visited public land mobile network (VPLMN), and/or, a data analysis result of the roaming user equipment that is generated by the HPLMN or VPLMN; the first network element sending a user will verification request to an authorization management unit in the HPLMN, wherein the user will verification request is used for requesting the performing of user will confirmation on the data acquisition request; and the first network element receiving a user will verification response which is sent by the authorization management unit and carries user will information, wherein the user will information is used for indicating whether a user is allowed to acquire the target data.
