Abstract:
In a method for manufacturing V-ribbed belts in which multiple V-ribs that extend in the longitudinal direction are disposed in the width direction, a molding (36) in which multiple protruding lines are provided in a linked manner is disposed inside a belt mold (43) in which multiple compressed rubber layer-forming grooves (43a) are provided in a linked manner on the inner circumferential surface. The molding (36) disposed on the inside of the belt mold (43) is cross-linked with compressed rubber layer-forming parts (11'), the outer circumferential surfaces of which have a surface rubber layer for the surface section and which have an interior core rubber layer, fitted into the compressed rubber layer-forming grooves (43a) to mold a belt slab. The belt slab is cut into round slices with multiple compressed rubber layer-forming parts (11') as a unit.
