Abstract:
A vacuum blender comprises a main body (2), a head portion (1) and a blending container (3). The head portion (1) is installed at the main body (2) and is capable of vertical movement with respect to the main body (2). The head portion (1) is hermetically connected to the blending container (3). A vacuum pump assembly (11) is installed inside the head portion (2) to evacuate air from the interior of the blending container (3), such that the interior of the blending container (3) is in a vacuum state. To operate the vacuum blender (3), the blending container (3) is installed at the main body (2), and the head portion (1) is vertically adjusted until the head portion (1) is hermetically connected to the blending container (3). The blending container (3) starts to perform a blending operation after air therein has been evacuated by the vacuum pump assembly (11).
