Abstract:
In the present invention, a separation wall part (60) is provided in a housing opening part (210) so as to separate an internal space (200) from the outside of a housing body (21), and is capable of bearing a shaft (32). A drive part cover (80) is provided on the opposite side from the inner space (200) with respect to the separation wall part (60), and forms a drive part space (800) between the drive part cover (80) and the separation wall part (60). A drive part (70) is provided in the drive part space (800) and is capable of rotationally driving a valve body (31) via the shaft (32).
