Abstract:
This valve device includes a shaft (18) including a shaft axis (CL1), a fixed disc (14), a rotator (20), a housing (12) including a housing axis (CL2) and provided with an opening (120a), a housing cover (124) that blocks the opening, and a seal member (13). The seal member is eccentric with respect to the shaft axis by a large amount compared to the amount by which the shaft axis and the housing axis are eccentric with respect to each other. The valve device includes a drive section (16), a shaft including a shaft axis, a fixed disc, a rotator, a housing including a housing axis and provided with an opening, a drive unit case (163) that blocks the opening and houses the drive unit, and a seal member. The seal member is eccentric with respect to the shaft axis by a large amount compared to the amount by which the shaft axis and the housing axis are eccentric with respect to each other.
