Abstract:
This valve gas filter (1A) comprises: a valve box (11) attached to a gas sealing inlet connected to a gas-insulated device (100) in which an insulating gas is filled and sealed; and a valve body (14) for opening and closing a gas passage by moving within the valve box (11). The valve body (14) has a gas filter (15) formed of a porous insulating material, allowing the insulating gas to pass through, and not allowing foreign objects contained in the insulating gas to pass through.
