Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a mechanism which, in order to decrease bearing sliding loss on a rotation shaft, and in order to decrease leakage loss by forming the gap between the cylinder inner peripheral surface and the rotor to be narrow, the normal line of the circular arc of the vane tips and of the cylinder peripheral surface are made to always substantially coincide during compression operation. [Solution] This vane compressor (200) is provided with: a rotor shaft (4) which comprises an integrally formed rotor unit (4a) and rotor shaft units (4b, 4c), with the bottom end of the rotation shaft unit (4c) being immersed in an oil reservoir (104); vane aligners (5-8) which are arranged at both ends of the vanes (9, 10) and which restrict the vanes (9, 10) in the radial direction; and, in the frame (2) and the cylinder head (3), depressions (2a, 3a) which are formed concentrically with the inner peripheral surface (1b) of the cylinder (1), and which slidably support the outer peripheral surfaces of the vane aligners (5-8). The rotor shaft (4) is provided with oil supply paths (4h, 4i, 4j) which allow communication between the oil reservoir (104) and the depressions (2a, 3a), and with an oil pump (31) which supplies the refrigerant oil (25) in the oil reservoir (104) to said supply paths.
