Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a variable capacity compressor which has a simple structure, and a simple valve layout. [Solution] A second control valve (350), which includes a spool (352) provided with a first valve part (352a) for opening and closing a pressure supply passage (145), and a second valve part (352b) for opening and closing a first pressure release passage (146b), is provided to the downstream side of a first control valve (300) for controlling the opening amount of the pressure supply passage (145). The spool (352) moves in accordance with the front-rear pressure difference. When the pressure (Pm) in the pressure supply passage (145) between the first control valve (300) and the second control valve (350) is higher than the pressure (Pc) in a crank chamber (140), the first valve part (352a) opens the pressure supply passage (145), and the second valve part (352b) closes the first pressure release passage (146b). When the pressure (Pm) is lower than the pressure (Pc), the first valve part (352a) closes the pressure supply passage (145), and the second valve part (352b) sets the opening amount of the first pressure release passage (146b) to the maximum opening amount.
