Abstract:
Provided is a vascular bundle liquid measurement sensor capable of directly measuring the pH of a vascular bundle liquid of a plant. A vascular bundle liquid measurement sensor 1 comprises: an indicator electrode probe (20) provided with an indicator electrode (21) including an ion-sensitive field-effect transistor; a base layer formed of an electrical conductor; a silver chloride layer formed on a surface of the base layer; a reference electrode probe (30) provided with a reference electrode (31) including a chloride layer formed on a surface of the silver chloride layer; and a support part (10) that supports the indicator electrode probe (20) and the reference electrode probe (30) with these probes arranged in parallel. The pH of the vascular bundle liquid of a plant can be measured by sticking the indicator electrode probe (20) and the reference electrode probe (30) into the plant.
