Abstract:
Provided is a vehicle alarm device comprising: a stop information acquisition unit (111) that acquires vehicle stop information indicating that a vehicle has stopped; a door lock related information acquisition unit (112) that acquires door lock related information relating to lock operation of a door of the vehicle; a living body detection unit (12) that detects a living body inside the vehicle; a living body identification unit (13) that, when the living body detection unit (12) detects a living body inside the vehicle, identifies whether the living body inside the vehicle is an alarm target living body and outputs target living body presence information indicating whether an alarm target living body is present; and a control unit (14) that, in a case in which, after the vehicle stop information is acquired by the stop information acquisition unit (111), the door lock related information acquisition unit (112) acquires door lock related information indicating the lock operation of the door and the target living body presence information output by the living body identification unit (13) indicates that an alarm target living body is present, outputs an alarm and disables the lock operation of the door on the basis of the door lock related information.
