Abstract:
This vehicle cabin air conditioning system (AS) comprises an individual air conditioner (1) for air-conditioning a predetermined space to be air-conditioned in the interior of a vehicle cabin. The individual air conditioner comprises blowers (30, 31), intake ports (12, 13), a cold/heat generation unit (20), and a supply port (14). The cold/heat generation unit generates, in parallel in the interior of a housing, cold for cooling blown air blown by the blowers and heat for heating blown air. At least one of cold air (CA) obtained by using the cold of the cold/heat generation unit to cool blown air and warm air (WA) obtained by using the heat of the cold/heat generation unit to warm blown air is supplied by the supply port to the space to be air-conditioned on the exterior of the housing. The vehicle cabin air conditioning system comprises a heat load reduction unit (69) and a supply flow path (90). The heat load reduction unit adjusts the temperature of air drawn in from the intake ports in order to reduce the heat load in the cold/heat generation unit. The supply flow path guides air subjected to temperature adjustment in the heat load reduction unit to the intake ports.
