Abstract:
The present invention relates to a vehicle control apparatus and a vehicle including same, the vehicle control apparatus being capable of controlling at least one of the vehicle and electronic units provided in the vehicle. The vehicle control apparatus comprises: a communication unit for performing communication with other vehicles located within a predetermined range; and a processor for performing communication with the other vehicles via the communication unit such that platooning is performed, wherein the processor may establish a platoon with one or more of the other vehicles, based on a traffic signal located in front of the vehicle when the vehicle stops at an intersection.
