Abstract:
The present invention divides a frame and performs transfer on communication protocols having different frame sizes. This vehicle control device transfers data using a first communication path on which low-priority data are transferred, and a second communication path which has a transfer speed different from that of the first communication path and on which high-priority data are transferred. First transfer data which can be transferred on the first communication path are different in data size from second transfer data which can be transferred on the second communication path. The vehicle control device can transmit and receive at least two types of transfer data on the second communication path. When dividing and transferring the first transfer data on the second communication path, the data are transferred by controlling at least one of division size, the number of divisions, and transfer timing of the first transfer data in accordance with a timing period for transmitting the second transfer data, an idle time during which transfer is not performed, and a transfer time of the first transfer data on the second communication path.
