Abstract:
An output torque command unit (5) of a vehicle control device (10) performs an output-increase-ratio reduction control for reducing the increase ratio of an output torque to an electric motor (22) to a first increase ratio, which is lower than a demand torque increase ratio that is based on the throttle openness, if the vehicle speed is less than a prescribed speed and the shift position has been switched from the neutral range to another range during a throttle-on state in which the throttle openness is greater than or equal to a first prescribed value. The output-increase-ratio reduction control is cancelled during a throttle-off state in which the throttle openness is less than a second prescribed value, which is lower than the first prescribed value.
