Abstract:
An on-vehicle control device (1) has: a plurality of relays (10A, 10B, 10C, 10D); a control unit (13); and a plurality of current detection units (11A, 11B, 11C, 11D). The plurality of current detection units (11A, 11B, 11C, 11D) detect the values of current flowing in branched paths (81A, 81B, 81C, 81D), respectively. The relays (10A, 10B, 10C, 10D) are each switched between an allowance state of allowing energization of the branched paths (81A, 81B, 81C, 81D) and a shutting-off state of shutting off the energization. When a predetermined abnormal state has been detected, the control unit (13) switches, among the relays (10A, 10B, 10C, 10D), a relay that is provided on a particular branched path having the greatest increase rate in the current value among the plurality of branched paths (81A, 81B, 81C, 81D), to the shutting-off state, on the basis of detection results of the current detection units (11A, 11B, 11C, 11D).
