Abstract:

A vehicle door frame has a first frame (4) and a second frame (5) that are butted against each other at a predetermined angle at butt surfaces (4a, 5a). The butt surfaces (4a, 5a) have planar first butt surfaces (44, 54) provided at design sections (43, 53) and also have second butt surfaces (45, 55) provided at hollow sections (41, 51). The first butt surfaces (44, 54) form, when viewed in the direction normal to design surfaces (43a, 53a), a first angle θ1 relative to the second butt surfaces (45, 55), and also form, when viewed in the direction normal to the longitudinal direction of each frame (4, 5) and to the direction in which flange sections (42, 52) are extended, a second angle θ2 relative to the second butt surfaces (45, 55).
