A vehicle door (100) and a vehicle (1). The vehicle door (100) comprises a side door body (10) and a connecting body (20), the connecting body (20) is connected to the upper edge of the side door body (10), and an included angle is formed between the connecting body (20) and the side door body (10); the side door body (10) is provided with a front hinge end (10a), the connecting body (20) is provided with a rear hinge end (20a), the front hinge end (10a) and the rear hinge end (20a) are respectively connected to a top (201) of a vehicle body (200), and a preset included angle is formed between a connecting line of the front hinge end (10a) and the rear hinge end (20a) and the length direction of the vehicle (1). A unique vehicle door movement form similar to butterfly doors or eagle wing doors is achieved, a middle supporting beam used for connecting the front hinge end (10a) and the rear hinge end (20a) does not need to be additionally provided in a middle area of the top (201) of the vehicle body (200), and therefore, the situation that the space in the vehicle is occupied by the middle supporting beam is avoided and the space in the vehicle is increased; and the driving and ride experience of a user is improved.
