Abstract:
The present invention provides an on-vehicle electronic control device which improves heat dissipation properties by forming a projecting part which extends toward an electronic component and is formed on the inner surface of a cover section formed from a highly heat-conductive resin, and by considering the orientation of the filler material contained in the highly heat-conductive resin. An on-vehicle electronic control device according to the present invention and having a circuit board on which an electronic component is mounted, a base section on which the circuit board is placed, and a cover section which covers the circuit board along with the base section, is formed from a resin which contains the filler material and has a projecting part which projects toward the electronic component, the on-vehicle electronic control device being characterized in that the projecting part is formed from a resin which contains a filler material, and the width of the projecting part is narrower than the width of the electronic component.
