Abstract:
This vehicle interior lighting device is provided with a lighting unit (20) positioned in the vicinity of a sun visor accommodating position on the surface (1) of the vehicle interior ceiling and having an elongated shape provided along a back end side (112) of a sun visor main body (11) in an accommodated state. In the accommodated state of the sun visor, a narrow illumination area (L1) is formed by part of the entire length of the lighting unit being covered in the direction of width by the outside shape of the sun visor main body (11). In a state of use of the sun visor, a wide illumination area (L2) is formed by the entire width (W) of the lighting unit (20) being exposed.
