Abstract:
A vehicle location tracking method using dynamic vehicle grouping comprises the steps of allowing: a first leader vehicle of a group to which a first vehicle belongs to receive, from the first vehicle, a question on the current location of a second vehicle; the first leader vehicle to transmit the current location to the first vehicle, if the second vehicle exists in the group; the first leader vehicle to transmit the question to an AP device, if the second vehicle does not exist in the group; and the first leader vehicle to transmit, to the first vehicle, the current location received from the AP device.
