Abstract:
This rear structure (1) of a vehicle having a three-point seatbelt device (20) applied to a rear seat (10) is provided with: a back panel (30); a first reinforcement (40); and a second reinforcement (50) that has a shoulder anchor support section (54) supporting the shoulder anchor (23) of the seatbelt device (20) at approximately the center in the direction of vehicle width, and that has a front surface and back surface that are joined to the first reinforcement (40) and the back panel (30) at both sides in the direction of vehicle width of the shoulder anchor support section (54). At the second reinforcement (50), a through hole (55) is formed that causes the second reinforcement (50) to be deformed in a folded manner at the shoulder anchor support section (54) in a manner so that the shoulder anchor support section (54) protrudes more to the front than both ends in the direction of vehicle width of the second reinforcement (50) when a load is imposed in the forward direction to the shoulder anchor (23).
