Abstract:
This vehicular air conditioner (1) has a refrigeration cycle (10), a high-temperature-side medium circuit (20), and a low-temperature-side medium circuit (40). The high-temperature-side medium circuit (20) has an air-heat medium heat exchanger (21, 35), a heater core (22), a branch part (24), a common flow path (23), a flow rate control unit (30), and an auxiliary heat source (26, 36). The air-heat medium heat exchanger (21, 35) carries out heat exchange between a heat medium and the air outside a vehicle cabin. The heater core (22) is connected in parallel to the air-heat medium heat exchanger and causes heat from the heat medium to be dissipated to the air blasted into a space to be air-conditioned. The branch part (24) branches the flow of the heat medium into a flow directed toward the air-heat medium heat exchanger and a flow directed toward the heater core. Regarding the flow direction of the heat medium in the common flow path, the auxiliary heat source (26, 36) heats up the heat medium on the upstream side of the branch part.
