Abstract:
In a vehicular air-conditioning device, a heater core (14) is disposed on a circulation route (50) for cooling water for cooling a motor (20) and an inverter (30) that controls an output of the motor (20) by carrier frequency modification, the heater core heating air-conditioning wind using the cooling water as a heat source. An air-conditioning controller (70) sets a required amount of generated heat of the motor (20) and the inverter (30) in accordance with a cabin temperature requested by a passenger. A carrier frequency modification unit (32) sets, of carrier frequencies such that a target output of the motor (20) that is set in accordance with a vehicle travel state can be achieved, a carrier frequency such that the amount of heat generated by the motor (20) and the inverter (30) equals the required amount of generated heat. An electric power conversion device (33) converts direct-current electric power of a battery (90) into alternating-current electric power at the set carrier frequency, and supplies the alternating-current electric power to the motor (20). Thus, a heat source for vehicle interior heating can be ensured without adding an electric heater and the like.
