Abstract:
A vehicular information provision system (1) that comprises: a vehicle location detection device (4); a driver specification device (7a); an ancillary information determination device (7b) that determines whether there is ancillary information that relates to a stop-off for a driver; a routine trip determination device (15) that, on the basis of trip information about different drivers, determines whether the trip of the current driver is a routinely made routine trip; a stop-off destination determination device (16) that, when the routine trip determination device has determined that the trip is a routine trip, uses the ancillary information to determine whether there is a stop-off destination that is different from the destination of the routine trip; and a notification device (3) that, when the stop-off destination determination device has determined that there is a stop-off destination, provides notification information that is for prompting the driver to travel toward the stop-off destination.
