Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to prevent a cleaning tool inserted into a vent hole from breaking when cleaning the vent hole of a mold for tire vulcanization. The vent hole cleaning device (100) is equipped with a mold detector (10) for detecting the position of a mold for tire vulcanization (1), a vent hole detector (25) for detecting the location of a vent hole, a cleaning unit (11) having a cleaning tool for cleaning the vent hole, a robotic arm (12) for moving the cleaning unit (11), a tool detector (13) for detecting the bending load acting on the cleaning tool and the direction of the bending load, and a control unit (14) for controlling the operation of the robotic arm (12) so as to move the cleaning unit (11) on the basis of the position of the mold for tire vulcanization (1) and the location of the vent hole as well as controlling the operation of the robotic arm (12) so as to correct the insertion angle of the cleaning tool on the basis of the bending load acting on the cleaning tool and the direction of the bending load.
