Abstract:
A vibration analysis device (2) includes a storage unit (24) that stores, for each acceleration peak, a regression equation (50) expressing correspondence between a change in a rotational speed of a rotational mechanism (10) and a peak occurrence frequency of an acceleration of a vibration; an analysis unit (20) that extracts, on the basis of vibration data (51) of the rotational mechanism (10), the peak occurrence frequency of the acceleration of the vibration for each acceleration peak, and calculates, for each acceleration peak, a waveform area of the acceleration peak which is obtained by integrating the acceleration peak with a specific frequency interval; and an abnormality determination unit (26) that determines, on the basis of the waveform area and a threshold for each acceleration peak, whether the rotational mechanism (10) is abnormally operating for each acceleration peak. The analysis unit (20) tracks, according to the regression equation (50) corresponding to the acceleration peak, a change in the peak occurrence frequency caused by the change in the rotational speed when analyzing the vibration of the rotational mechanism (10), and calculates the waveform area of a second acceleration peak corresponding to a tracked second vibration frequency for each second acceleration peak.
