The present invention is provided with: a cylindrical first mounting member (11) connected to either a vibration generation section or a vibration receiving section; a second mounting member (12) connected to the other of the vibration generation section and the vibration receiving section; an elastic body (13) for connecting the first mounting member (11) and the second mounting member (12); a partition member (16) for dividing a liquid chamber within the first mounting member (11) into a primary liquid chamber (14) and a secondary liquid chamber (15), the liquid chamber having liquid (L) sealed therein, the partition member (16) having a communication hole (51) for connecting the inside of the primary liquid chamber (14) and inside of the secondary liquid chamber (15); a movable section (52) for closing the opening of the communication hole (51), which faces the primary liquid chamber (14); and an elastic support section (53) disposed within the primary liquid chamber (14), the elastic support section (53) supporting the movable section (52) so that the movable section (52) is elastically displaceable in the direction away from the partition member (16) toward the primary liquid chamber (14), the elastic support section (53) opening and closing the communication hole (51). The movable section (52) is disposed deformable or displaceable relative to the elastic support section (53) and absorbs a variation in pressure within the primary liquid chamber (14).
