Abstract:
A vibration device (10) is provided with: a vibration plate (20); and a plurality of piezoelectric films (30) that are separated at a predetermined interval in a first direction of the vibration plate (20) and are arranged in parallel with a second direction perpendicular to the first direction, so as to oppose the vibration plate (20), wherein the vibration plate (20) has one or more slits (21), and the piezoelectric films (30) expand/contract in the surface direction, when the piezoelectric films (30) are fixed to the vibration plate (20) in a state of being stretched in the second direction and having voltage applied.
